Other: It was a gift from a relative. It hasn't fit me for the past two years. The fabric is quite sturdy. It's labeled as XL, but the length is about the same as a Japanese size M.

Regarding shipping, I mainly use recycled cardboard boxes and paper bags. Depending on the size of the item, I may cut down the cardboard for packaging.
