Anna's Swedish Thins or (in Swedish) Annas Pepparkakor is a brand of Swedish ginger thins, produced by the Swedish company AB Annas Pepparkakor in Tyresö outside Stockholm. In November 2008, it was announced that the Belgian company Lotus Backeries took over the company. It's planning to distribute the famous cookies all over Europe. The thins are marketed as being under Royal Warrant to the King of Sweden. A traditional cookie with a subtle flavour. Swedish recipe. Traditionally, Thins are served with tea or coffee, a light in-between meal snacks, to complement ice cream and desserts.
